Great Ryburgh is in
the beautiful English county of Norfolk, just four miles south of the
market
town of Fakenham. The Boar Inn is a traditional English country inn , with
low beamed ceilings and an inglenook fire in the bar. The Boar
has a deserved reputation for its fine home-cooked food and its
hospitality. Why not start your meal with Mushroom Royale, a Boar
Inn speciality (mushrooms cooked with garlic and stilton) before choosing
a main dish from the extensive menu or daily specials on the blackboard -
and don't forget the puddings!
 There is an excellent
selection of wines from the Old and New World to complement your meal, and
real ales are available from the well-stocked bar.
We now have a new
Games Room. After extensive refurbishment, The Boar Inn has now been upgraded by the East of England Tourist Board to Two Crown Commended and Three Diamonds Guest Accommodation. All bedrooms have full en-suite facilities, including a family room.
