Welcome to the
Falcon! Nestling in the tranquil village of Castle Ashby, just six miles
south east of Northampton, this traditional 16th century cottage hotel is
made for relaxation. The hotel has been carefully modernised and boasts an
award winning restaurant serving home grown and local produce.The restaurant
is open every day for lunch and dinner. Fixed price, vegetarian and A la
Carte menus are available and a traditional English lunch is served on
Sundays. Light meals are also available in the Cellar Bar.
The 16 bedrooms have private bathroom or shower en-suite,
colour TV with satellite channels, direct dial telephone, hot beverage tray,
hairdryer, electric trouser press and bath robes. Children and well behaved
dogs are welcome.
Special Weekend Breaks are available: private parties,
weddings or small conferences can all be catered for. Nothing is too much
trouble!

Falconry -
The Falcon is one of the most majestic
and skilled of our natural hunters. To watch one perform in the hands of a
skilled Falconer is fascinating. To fly a falcon yourself is exhilarating.
This informal 1 day beginners course offers you expert tuition and the kind
of practical experience you are looking for. The course is run by David
Keeber, one of Northamptonshire's leading young falconers.
2 nights Dinner,

inclusive of working lunch and tea break is a £75 supplement per person
