The Ingfield Restaurant
This tastefully appointed main restaurant enjoys one of the best views in Yorkshire and offers exceptionally high standards of cuisine and comfort. With its own well stocked cocktail bar adjacent, the restaurant is open each evening and for Sunday lunch. It is a popular venue for weddings and special celebrations. With regret, children under seven years of age are not allowed in the restaurant after 6:45pm, but may eat in the Falconers' Bar.

Rafters
The first floor Rafters room is an excellent alternative for smaller private parties and family celebrations and is a regular venue for small conferences. Due to its location within the hotel, the Rafters enjoys little noise and interruption and with its own log fire in winter, creates a very warm and friendly environment whatever its use.

Falconers Bar
Log fires in winter and a cosy ambience welcome guests and non-residents. There is a selection of ales to cater for all tastes including the new Skipton brew Copper Dragon.

Asparagus and Green Pea Soup served with croutons and chopped garden herbs

Salad of Prawn and Smoked Mackerel served with crisp leaves and a horseradish dressing

Pork Liver Terrine mirrored on an orange and port wine dressing served with croutes
Grilled Goats Cheese centred on a tomato, red onion and basil salad

Old English Pork and Leek Sausage served on mustard mash with an onion and thyme gravy
Grilled Sirloin Steak (£3.50 supplement) with tomatoes, mushrooms, onion rings and homemade chips
