Set in the picturesque village of Shipton-under-Wychwood, The Lamb Inn is a beautiful Cotswold stone inn, unlike any other, with five unique and luxurious en-suite guest rooms. Accommodation

Each of our rooms has been recently refurbished to an individual theme by Interior designer Jean Harrod. They feature high quality fittings and furnishings, individual marble bathrooms with power showers.

Spice Route features a rare Javanese opium bed made from reclaimed teak with local carved wood panels.

Leopard Hills takes its styling cues from the safaris in South Africa. Features include animal prints and a fabulous four-poster bed complete with mosquito net.

In the oldest part of the building, dating back to 1580, Paris-en-Provence is a fabulous mix of Parisian luxury and Provençale farmhouse honesty. The large en-suite bathroom is finished in marble with a power shower. Make sure you try the roll top bath - built for two!

China Seas features the quiet elegance and simplicity of classical Chinese interiors. The bed has a black metal bamboo design and the room features a beautiful Chinese lantern, bamboo plants and simple blinds, which all add to the room's calming, minimalist feel.

The path of an ancient Roman Road runs within a few miles of the village, so we thought it appropriate to create a room with a Roman theme. Feature of this room is a hand carved sleigh bed.
