and Nicky Earland welcome you to the Olde Forge Hotel and Restaurant in
Magham Down near Hailsham. The Olde Forge is set in the heart of the Wealden
countryside, close to many National Trust properties, historic castles and
glorious gardens. The south coast is also within easy reach of the hotel.

Restaurant, Bar and Lounge
The restaurant, with its timber beams
and log fires, along with the bar and lounge, offers guests the perfect
opportunity to forget the daily stresses, relax in the cosy surroundings
and enjoy our fine cuisine.
We have
endeavoured to create a menu that we hope will give all our guests a wide
range of dishes to enjoy. The traditional English/ French cuisine is
all freshly prepared and cooked to order, using only the finest
ingredients, and wherever possible, locally grown produce. Our
wine list offers a wide choice of wines from many different countries and
is very reasonably priced.

Accommodation
The
hotel offers seven comfortable bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.
Each room, including one with a four poster bed, is individually and
tastefully furnished and all have direct dial telephone, remote control
television, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers.
