Room to relax.
All of our bedrooms are en-suite with bath and/or shower and colour TV,
hairdryer, trouser press, tea and coffee making facilities and attractive
furnishings. Both sea views and garden views are available.
Being
an older building, rooms do vary in shape and size but all are well
appointed and comfortable. There are family rooms and suites; doubles,
singles or twins. Why not try one of our Grand-Lux suites, such as The
Atlantic with its double bath overlooking the ocean!?
Our
lounge and bar areas are very
spacious with stunning views of the sea and Cornish coastline as well as
our own tropical gardens.
Our Cuisine.
St Michael’s enjoys a fine reputation for its food and has won a number of
awards including a Rosette from the AA.
The Flying Fish Restaurant
offers
great food in a relaxed atmosphere: fresh fish and seafood from our local
fishermen, steaks, salads, grills, fresh snacks and a host of daily
specials. There is a large south-facing sun terrace overlooking the
gardens and the sea. Perfect for sundowners! Children are made very
welcome and a Flying Fish Kids’ menu is available.
St Michael’s Spa
opened in 2005 and is Cornwall’s leading destination Spa with large,
heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and well equipped
gymnasium. A wide range of Spa treatments are on offer.
Our
gardens have been many decades
in the making and contain secret areas for hiding and reading a newspaper
or book! Our new timber sun-deck outside the swimming pool has beautiful
teak sun-loungers for wiling away a long sunny afternoon.

St Michael’s enjoys a stunning location. Marvellous sea views over our
delightful tropical garden and the picturesque Cornish coastline. Opposite
the hotel is the sandy, Blue Flag, Gyllyngvase Beach which is magnificent
for swimming, sandcastles and rock –pooling!
All within
15 minutes walk are Pendennis Castle built by Henry VIII; the £30 Million
National Maritime Museum; the picturesque town and harbours of Falmouth,
from where you can take boat trips to St Mawes, Truro or around the
Helford river. The Eden Project, Tate St Ives and Truro cathedral are all
less than an hours drive away.
