Overview

Welcome to The England’s Gate Inn and Coach House at Bodenham.

This lovely 16th century, black and white timbered building is typical of this part of Herefordshire, which is famous for its black and white villages.

The inn prides itself on its great food, locally sourced wherever possible, accompanied by local real ales. There are roaring log fires to warm up by in the winter, and a sunken beer garden to enjoy food and drink al fresco in the summer.

Accommodation:

The seven en-suite guest bedrooms are situated in the adjacent coach house. All rooms have either en-suite shower /bathroom or wet room, and all have TV with DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities. Bed and breakfast guests enjoy a continental breakfast which is served in the breakfast room in the coach house.

England's Gate Inn is the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful black and white villages of Herefordshire. Bodenham itself is a pretty village on the banks of the River Lugg. Leominster with its antique shops is just 7 miles away.
