Parmesan mushroom in a mini Yorkshire pudding

Main

Open Lasagne with smoked salmon, spinach, prawns and parmesan with a green salad
Calves liver in a port and red onion gravy on top of grain mustard and pepper mash with red cabbage
Duck breast with orange and Cointreau sauce with roasted new potatoes, broccoli and mange tout
Pork tenderloin wrapped in pancetta with a cider sauce with new potatoes, red cabbage and honey carrots
